Our Passion for Live Music
At Two's Company Band-Phoenix, we have a deep love for live music that fuels everything we do. We believe that there is nothing quite like the energy and excitement of a live performance, and we want to share that experience with as many people as possible.
Our Journey
Tom hired Suzi to be the female vocalist for his band, Bowery Boys. This was 1974. The bands name was changed to Quinn. This was in Saginaw, Michigan. In 1976 the band moved to California and worked in the Bay area. They recorded three songs of Tom's. In 1977 the band broke up and Suzi & Tom moved to Phoenix in September 1977. They didn't know any other musicians, so they made it a duo. The TV show Three's Company was popular at the time. Suzi suggested Two's Company. They were playing clubs and private parties. In 1983 they hired Sandy Lamont to play lead guitar. In 1979 they recorded an album on April Records called Under The Stars. They were all songs Tom wrote except one. In 2009 they went back to being a duo. This year(2024) they are celebrating their 50th year together. Now they have over 1400 songs in their repertoire. Suzi being from Hawaii they even do Hawaiian songs. There is no substitute for experience and Two's Company has 50 years of it. Both Tom & Suzi are excellent vocalists. Tom plays guitar and keyboards. The backing tracks are created by Tom on his mighty Korg T-3.
